No work pressure. Everybody is a average skilled, so no one is expected to perform with high quality work.

... no information to employees. There are no written rules for employees to refer. Salary date is not fixed. Appraisals and promotions are biased and fixed by nepotism. Apart from this management doesn't have a fixed time period or the month for promotions. Mandatory 90 days notice period is another means to harass employees. Before buyout option was available to get relieved early but now employees are forced to work for 90 days and due to this employee looses further job opportunities. Very toxic and bad environment makes this company a terrible work place. No wonder the company is going through bankruptcy.

Good salary structure, work life balance is very good, work in such industry and life at B grade city, it was a good experience

jaypee needs to improve their culture. Horses and dunkey running in same race and donkey mostly win.

... Unavailability of basic necessities like health plans and living accommodation. For Engineers there is no overtime compensation but if you complete 8 hrs extra per day you get one earned leave. But say you stay 3 or 4 hrs extra, that doesn't mount to anything.

...r mobile for company work so we have to use our and it is additional expenses. Company keeps basic salary very less so LTA and PF value is very low, not good savings at retirement.
