Salary less Promotion less No work life balance Human nature is poor Not understanding employee feelings No enjoyment in working No enhancement games and other activity carried out. Attractive environment no trees dull environment to work. Feels like came into jail for work

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

First off all thanks to Kirloskar for giving me an opportunity to work with this organization. Good environment to work.The management always support us to share our ideas and also help us to develop new things. I very much happy to work here.

Dislikes

I compensation is decent, but growth is slow.The work pressure is normal.I do receive appreciation by our clients and also from our customers but they mostly unnoticed during my appraisal .

1) No work Life balance 2) Salary is very less and increment is next to nothing 3) No Promotions 4) Skill development will only be there if you want to work like a labour 5) Work Satisfaction does not exist 6) While the In-Time is strictly 08:30 AM, employees are expected to stay beyond 07:00 PM, even though the official shift hours are from 08:30 AM to 05:00 PM 7) You get only 5 holidays (If weekend and the festival holiday is next to each other, then they will cancel the weekend.) 8) Company culture: It will be better if I do not talk about it 9) You are expected to work 24 hours or pick official call at all times even if you are on personal leave

Canteen facility, guest house ismt club membership, activity etc. Safety.

Dislikes

Work culture, management, job duration etc. No overtime, no extra leave, work load less salary. Less manpower, poor automation etc.
