1. You will literally have to work minimum 15-16 hours tbh 2. You will have to create lot of quotation & pricing for each high value prospect/project this will consume your post working hours at home 3. Too much pressure to follow I think 7-8 parameters in a day without any senior management support. 4. Best brand - Worst work ethics and culture especially in Tier 2- Tier 3 cities 5. Minimum 3-4 online meetings from HO/RO every other day during working hours no accountability if you didn't achieve day target, meeting, agenda due to these meetings 6. Reginal manager visit only for leisure time and dealer is everything to them you don't count a penny for them 7. Stock availability is totally dependent on your "Kundali" no support, no allocation and then they will ask where is the sales? 8. Boss will teach your so many laws that you can become an advocate instead of sales person and then you will see not a single senior boss implement those policies on there task/work 9. Pathetic way to discuss issue from senior (My way or High way) 10. Lot of wrong practices and pricing problem remains in market all the time and you're solely responsible for them even if you joined 1 week before - IRONIC I can still write but I'm exhausted KOHLER Brand & it's product are awesome but they are dusting in a bin due to pathetic policies and mis-management by HO/RO managers

company is doing cost cutting on ground level staff even tsm asm getting more money on travel allowance but 3rd party payroll executive they set the limit on da and ta they promote the kbc on parallel basis with poor 5 to 10% hike , for claims we have to wait 20 to 25 days i never expected this from kohler

1 - 3rd party payroll, reburisment isn't on time 2 - no promotion 3 - no career 4 - seniors aren't supportive 5 - no future growth 6 - dealers treat you like a slave and managers doesn't support you 7 - incentive isn't on time and it's very less as per you business to the company.

Company is very good in terms of pay and benefits But management is very toxic and can’t avail company benefits given to us

Management is very toxic and can’t avail company benefits given to us like leaves and all. Weekend working extension..can’t use comp off…no trasperency in data.managers puts allocations without data..humiliating behaviour of managers of AMER team

Dislikes

Recent changes have changed the culture very much. In GSS R2R team 5/6 people left because of one bad manager Abhijit. He is very biased, no respect for the team, behaves badly, frequently criticizing Kohler culture and asks unnecessary personal questions as well. Many times raised concerned with leadership and HR but zero action taken against him. Many people left because of him only. Things were good before but had to leave due to this.
