Owners Luck. He is a lucky person. Every year he does a mistake and incurr huge losses and next year, any of his employee takes the blame, try to convert the loss making company into profit. Later, owner hires a consultant and consultant way of working force the working employee resign. Dont know why owner believes so much in consultants instead of trusting his own employees. Why dont owner train employees, why dont owner gives them management trainings like in big companies reliance, vedanta etx.

Dislikes

1. Strict timings - For 1 minute delay - Salary and leaves are deducted. 2. No human touch. 3. Unethical work culture. 4. No trainings to employee. 5. Employees are highly fearful. 6. Very hasty decision making, for mistakes employees are held responsible. 7. Old employees are not given proper education and trainings. 8. Irrelevant, illogical and unreasonable targets for work. 9. Highly consultant driven company. 10. Each year make losses. 11. 6 days working and forced to work on sundays and after office hours. 12. No labour laws are followed. 13. Systems and procedures are changes as per the comfort of owners irrespective of its legality. 14. Each and every thing showed on social media, board meetings are fake. 15. Almost every employee is looking for another job. 16. Seasonal work, hence in offseason they can see employee resting or learning. They put them in such a work to pressurise or leave the company. 17. Frequent attrition. They directly ask employees to leave the job. 18. Most of the time they hire people without any plan and then ask them to resign. 19. Work life balance is negative. 20. Obviously no job security. 21. Skill development - You can become a good clerk working here but not a good professional. 22. Work satisfaction is highly negative. You will feel that you are good for nothing person. Friendly advise, do not join this company. May GOD bless you. Instead do your own business, sit free at your home. instead working for a company who does not take its employees as an asset. For them employees are only liability.

Actually I did not like any thing about this company. I am shocked that many people gave good rating. Which is actually fake. This company is not at all good for working. It is not a good employer. Even they do not have business sense. They employee consultant and take employee as "gulam". They treat employees very bad.

Dislikes

... Work life balance. For tour, they deduct the bills, they dont even pay on time. If you ask them to pay salary on time, HR team threaten you. HR head put his persons on the job. He has ruined the company. Owners are being fool getting fooled by various consultant and head HR. if you dont die of heart attack, do not join this company. Management mistakes are transferred to employees. They believe only consultant can run the company. They keep paying consultant, after losses, fire employees. Daily it feels like "aaj kiska number hai".

Company is too negative. They terminate employees too frequently. Within 6 months after their work gets completed they terminate.

Dislikes

...ing new. Back biting. High Politics. Company does not even allow to take leaves. Even if you have EL, they deduct salary and at the end of the year, they lapse the leaves. HR department is fraud. Company is also fraud and playing with the life of their customers by using substandard edible oil and gas pipes.

Company is very supportive for employees we all get full salary of April without work and also may month salary given to us although they cut EL but yes thery provided .also sanitization and mask given to employees as well as worker. But there is also some places which need improvement like canteen .....I have seen that same person cleaning floor and distribute food that is not good dining table also not clean timely canteen worker roaming here and there that is also not good. As we all know that lockdown so it's a time to improve precautions not decrease , recently I also seen two person in single seat in bus which not allowed in lockdown time. We should take care of these type of irregularities.

Dislikes

1)Salary structure 2) many responsibilities in single man which increases errors in work . 3) management ......it's been 2 years but still I not get my confirmation letter. etc.

Good work environment , good management, salary month ending payment good company

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
