People thinking is old, i mean one who is here to change or implement new technology or new project, do not co operate or do not work as team. That's the main challenge here

Management don't like if employees are happy which working, if you look happy at work place they'll make employee wait overtime, if employee comes 15 mins late he has to wait 30 mins more after office hours, no tea breaks, nothing and all the rules were made by manager and doesn't applicable to them, they can come anytime go anytime, overall very toxic environment.

Nothing to like about this company. It's like road side organization. No standard culture. Pathetic environment

First of all it's not an organization, no proper management structure. No job security. Some cheers girls are sitting in so called HR department pleasing MD. There is person called tiwari who is illegal son of MD agarwal, who is managing whole organization. MD is pathetic person who listen to tiwari only. It's chemical plant, still operator level person no PPEs, no safety for them. They are directly putting there hands in chemicals, literally no values for human life. It's very much dirty and polluting plant which will affect your health. No basic facilities like wash rooms to employees, rats are moving in wash rooms.
