WFH policy will no longer will be available and the company is asking everyone to come to office. It would be great if the company is more flexible, and may be starts a hybrid option, where we can work from both office and home.

Good company to start working with. Pleny of opportunities for freshers as well as for those who are looking to build a career in HR recruitment. Supportive team and great learning environment. Seniors are cooperative and always ready to help. A solid place to gain experience and develop professional skills.

Work pressure is there for onboarding candidates , but it's manageable if one follows the guidelines from the senior authorities. The targets are easily achievable with consistent efforts and dedication.

There is nothing to like about this organization. Don't start working here, if you want your mental peace. Nothing to learn from them. Worst place to work.

Worst management, toxic work culture, no work life balance, money minded people, no good clients to work for, won't pay after rendering services, worst managers, unprofessional, no professional getup of the office - looks like a shady two room apartment, very low payscale, worst managers, they themselves need some consulting to get better, unbearable work pressure, you have to work on weekends as well, no employee stays there for more than few months.
