There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Deducting Salary 10% upto next march. There is a bond of 2 years in which they deducting 1000 Rs. On every month.

...cellence environment to work with, supporting team, good learning opportunities. Salary/appraisals falls under average rate. Over all its good company. So for am working with company in satisfied manner.

Dislikes

Salary and apprisals will not be consider as per the individual skills, talent and hard work. company believes in treating all the employees in equal manner irrespective of work style. it may affect hard working employees. Still not an big issue. we are OK with it.

Likes

They have a bunch of people who have been working for them for years. In some departments the job security is good, the work is well laid out and unless you commit a fraud or be naughty, you won't be kicked out. But it is not the same for all department.

Dislikes

Lack of processes. In some department, commercial people play an audit role with no responsibilities, whatsoever. The lack of market facingness of the backend departments and their nonchalance to client complaints is frightening. The sales guy owns the ultimate responsibility of bringing in sales and also maintaining clients even if the blackened departments beat the shit out of the client in the name of "so called" process and audits, which are actually non existent.

the company is open to innovation & readily adopts latest technologies. Good for learning

Dislikes

Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths. We get appreciations but mostly unnoticed during appraisals.

They keep everything on time, Which help to organize everything in professional & personal life. Some opportunity comes to explore skills & do the job at your best.
