The Overall work culture of the company. To begin with the training is minimal. The expectations increase with time and too much pressure is given on the employees. There is little or no interference from the TL or the Managers as they have very little or no knowledge of the overall process. No Benchmark in the organization.

No problem in getting leave .people are understanding if any issues.

... not as told at the time of interview. Notice period is 3 months non negotiable. They are not accepting even if we are ready to pay for 1-2mnths. There are many disgruntled people who dont work and quality is doelwn in many departments as they are not letting ppl go

There is so minor scope for career growth or salary appraisal even you work hard. To much Politics happening there and it spoil working environment. HR Process is so slow and they even don't care about your after resign process.

Transport facility. work stability , good working environment, Semi Government company so if you join make sure you get good salary because once you join you will not leave . Shaddi nahi hoo rahi maersk joint karo hojayege crowd is nice most from central line thoda kich kich hai but nice.

very little increment and position hike is very slow .
