Good work environment and culture,team are supportive , company polices is good but Appraisal is not satisfied but more Learning in Mahindra Rural housing finance ltd last 4yers experience also I have 6month on team mentorship work role play..

Yes there is lot of Politics and management dosen't address our issues Salary is decent but carrer growth is slow....due to I have resigned it..

...pful. In fact, most of them discriminate between off-roll and on-roll employees. There are also salary issues — they don’t give any increments. The company has a big name and sounds great from the outside, like it's a very nice place to work. But once you actually join, you realize that no one is supportive.

*File process work is too much Terrible for Disbursement. Entry is too much . Loan Documents Papers writing like College Records . Mail Approval is large process. IT is very poor ,apps not not working properly. Some times we are working in ofc 3AM . Promotions is very low .if your luck ofter 5Years. *Managers ask you to work even on company holidays. *Finally We forgot our personal life in this company.
