GF salary Vs. My salary

Me and my gf have been dating for 5 years. Back in 2020, I started my career with a package of ₹5 LPA. Over the years, I’ve reached ₹22 LPA in 2025. She started her journey with ₹3 LPA(2020) and is now earning ₹8 LPA(2025). We’ve been in a live-in relationship for around 2 years, and the idea was to share expenses equally. But, equal sharing never really happened. If we go to a café she likes, especially with friends, I will pay the entire bill. We only split the house rent and grocery bills. I told her lots of time to cut down these costly cafe expenses or earn more money, increase your package, study and work hard, but.....she is now in her comfort zone. Being from a tech background, I have seen people upgrade their skills and package for a good life in metro cities. I am ready to support her in her studies, but she is like I am earning enough for myself.... No, you are not. I love her, but I don't know how to overcome this issue between us. Please suggest!

...eam is busy with CSR ) as part of company benefits only to those who outperform. So employees salary visible to to employee's in loan committee. 4.Competency & Higher positions to those with Bachelors as qualifications and experience only in MAN India. 5.Payscale differs as per the relation with Management.

Everything, Salary is very less for fresher mechanical engineers. They don't have structured salary band. Foolish HR, very unprofessional Everything is working on bare minimum, no facilities, no benefits, no perks. First appraisal cycle is after 2.5 yrs. HR are the worst, try to have minimal conversation with them, they make fun of your problems. Worst decision to join MAN. Looks good from outside but from inside its the worst.

Join as GET so no work for 2 years. No need to work or perform for the job security, only you need to join as reference of family member from departmental head

Dislikes

Experience and work performance is not counted for the promotions and salary. Organization don't have standard structure of salary and positions. Hr head don't have standard structure of salary and position. 2 years of bond is compulsory...by giving false information of germany travels for the training. Not good company to join for the experience

Can submit Fake experience , still HR department will not notice. For GET/PGET they can enjoy salary for 1.5 years without any work. Anonymous increment/market corrections in October. Company adjusts dates and batch for family members such that both husband and wife can go together for euro trip.

Dislikes

All Perks for higher management. No Diwali Gifts. Micro Management. No Team Outing. Experience not rewarded. Only MAN experience is of value while increments.
