No salary increment, No promotion, No workers growth only Your promotion will happen only when you are in a relationship with a senior, respected you will not get any promotion People have been working here for 20 years, but no one has any increment nor promotion, which, on the post that years ago, he is on the post today, only the promotion belongs to those who are related to the company's Seniors.

...ivity. Only 2 Saturdays in a month are off while you work the other Saturdays. During the pandemic everyone was forced to work all Saturday without any extra pay. They clearly lack enough staff and hence there is a lot of pressure on the employees. The managers are unfair and want their subordinates to make presentations and excel reports so that they can present it to senior management.

Office politics is intense and draining, overshadowing productivity. Managers often cross professional boundaries with personal remarks on appearance, clothing, etc. There’s a toxic culture of threatening employees or forcing them to consider exit if they don't conform. Work pressure is poorly managed, and tasks are often assigned without clarity or purpose. Even if you finish your work on time, you're judged for not staying late—presence is valued over productivity
