Nothing to like. Basically a Lala company with highly toxic work culture and not even being able to pay salary on time.

...d whatsoever. Expect you to work on weekends without any recognition or rewards. Gave a five star chocolate for secret santa, can't expect a penny from him in terms of variable pay or bonus other than your in-hand salary. Intentionally make the company exit difficult and do not pay FNF to employees. Multiple employees had to leave the organisation by working for free in their notice period. Ku**e ki tarah kaam karwayege or pesa ni denge (arbitrarily increased working hours to 9 hours 30 minutes with punch in and punch out times, salary is deducted if you do not comply, salary deduction for late arrivals, salary is deducted for taking leaves, etc.). BEWARE! DO NOT JOIN!!

Nothing to be particular….. except for slight empathy for collaborative teams, there us nothing good here

...ing, HR policies are really bad. They Spy on you using their internal softwares. Salary deduction without informing. Its a real pain to even apply for a leave. They don’t want Efficient people, but just ‘YES MEN’ Toxic work environment, and Hire and Fire policy…. They don’t even bother to train people, just FIRE if they feel like. Salary delays are very normal. And the biggest problem is overcommitment to clients….. a job that might require a week to complete will be promised in 3 days and will pressurise you to fulfil the promise.

Nothing to like here, less salary less work ethics, they will make you work on saturdays and sundays.

No salary on time ( on 19th september we recieved our salary for August. just imagine the delay) No Pf on time 12 hr work shift Seniors throwing you under the bus for there mistakes Making you stressed by creating fake urgencies

Liked nothing as your job is not secure at all, only people who are close to the MD sitting their from decade, rest no one is secure, don’t ever think to join this company.

Disliked everything you don’t get salary on time there is no learning, even if u get late by 1 min your half day salary gets deducted, even not marking exit on pf portals very much disappointing staff including finance who don’t even pick calls for any query
