- Worked so hard but did not get respect because I was not good in buttering. - There are few team leads who don't know anything,They just get salary to do manual work and forwarding all mails from customers to juniors. - Medical insurance is deducted from CTC - Worst thing was with me In my team managers cousin was working who don't know anything but , they were under paying me just to bnefit him. ( I home upper management must take this point very seriously in order to keep other team members motivated ) -2 .5 Years bond - extended hours

A favourable place for freshers. A professional workplace with really good people that will help you grow a lot. Friendly and cooperative environment. Flexible working conditions with work from home.

Dislikes

Although a really good place to gain experience, package and benefits are not good. Sometimes, you do overtimes because of projects with short deadlines or less number of members in the team and there is no extra pay for overtimes.

If you work extra hours then you will be given bonus.

Dislikes

1. No work/ life balance 2. Manager will pressurise you to work extra hours and work even on weekends 3. Your work won't be reviewed by anyone (if you are a fresher), so you will have to redo your work again and again. 4. If you are a fresher then you will have a bond of 2.5 years and if you think of leaving the company before that period the management will constantly threaten you saying they will take legal action against you and not let you leave.

Learning as a developer always depends on us. Just learn and improve your skills, that's it.

Dislikes

... this management. And obviously you will learn well from your continuous work. For freshers salary is very less, who are selected from colleges salary is even more less. They ll say one salary, but after joining you ll get to know real one.

...ng team leads who are just 4-5 years of experience. They have service Bond of 2.5 years because of which you cannot leave in between if you want to leave then you need to pay 1.75 lakhs. CEO treats employee just like an labour who works in hotel. They don't value. Employees, I suggest donot join this company. There are so many examples in this company where employees have left this company in between.
