It always tries up to improve customer satisfaction through various ways like quality of food & stay and any other suggestion or opinion by taking their feedback

Only salary and compensation needs to have certain improvement and career development also required with respect to the level of employees education and experience

All the hotels are so well maintained but for doing the we need to be competent like old property.Its all old school method using. No authority of doing work. Not liking at all.

It's all about owner oriented property,we can't take a single decision to make happy of the guest.even we can't give a 250gms of cake for a special occasion if guest request. So work calture should be charged.

I like first of all the hotel is top rated and the environment was excellent their colleagues are cooperative and friendly .and I learne very smoothly about hotel and my current job .

Their is no anything I don't like everything was excellent .

Nothing. For junior level stability is decent but company works on odia culture which had nothing wrong but only promoting one culture is not good

The environment is toxic where everyone wants to make money wrong way from owners to staff. Run by non hoteliers and non professional directors . The president is an idiot and with his real brothers is involved in all mal practises
