There’s no learning in this place. Miss Kavitha Jain is the worst. Mr. AK Agarwal, Agarwal packers and movers keeps involving in the business and spits Gutkha inside the office dustbins. The office is inside a school. I have always been treated like a dog obeying his master in this place I was the AGM Operations who worked in the sisterconcern to this business.

You need to take permissions like schoolstudents and the Director is the warden for this mental asylum. Miss Kavitha Jain is the worst and dosent trust herself too. Enjoys company benefits and conducts the business with a whip on her employees. I have worked in Europe too and have excellent finance background, but this is the worst place to work.

Learning as I have joined for the position where I suppose to establish everything from Zero... I worked Day-Night and overall it was an amazing learning experience for me.

Vision... As it's a small organization so companies Vision is missing.. i didn't find any professionalism in work culture.

hello there is nothing positives from the mdn at all even they dont know the designation and dont know how to send the mails to the client who has visited to walk in or any formal thing and dont know the meaning of hot leads at all and if I speak genuinely they removed on the spot the work environment Is not at all good trust me with in 15 days I closed Franchise also even they removed without knowing anything giving wrong inputs to the director but see they used conduct meeting after office hours and where there is no way to book any transport related things if I argue they removed me on the spot and seriously dont even know about the hot leads also if management is spending some x amount on leads it will it be considered as a hot lead or what ? hot lead means if is prospective means but what they are saying if we pay any lead it will be hot lead might it may b job enquiry or jus normal enquiry also it is hot lead it seems as per the agm who has no experience in the organisation on edutech platform I have joined 15th dec and closed one franchise too even though they removed and the mode the interview they conducts only good looking thats if you dont have knowledge no experience nthg also they will select and make u do alternate works but good looking is mandatory to get selected ok no growth nothing is there they dont know even to competitive with competitors but they themselves make them remove every month 5 members will be resigning from office try to understand and join if anyone is interested

Very terrible situations here. Management is too worst. They not even care the employees in covid situation

The management is not even care about of employee. In this covid situation any employee affected from covid they not even given work from option to other employees, salaries are soo worst they given only 70% of grass salary that to daily employees must report office daily otherwise they will marked as LOP. No holidays and national holidays and and CLs and no fevestival holidays. Very horrible and salaries we received evry month 18th. Worst management they are suddenly terminate you suddenly no job security.
