Pros: The job security is high. Even in the pandemic there was no pay cut and job was very much secure. The training is extensive. No work on weekends at all.

Only they provide good transport service for employees.

Dislikes

...oiners that they will be terminated on any pitty reason. No professional ethics. They only hire freshers and treat them as labour with just 18 to 20 k salary. Weekend working is like ritual here.

Lots of free time and nice office infrastructure.

Dislikes

Low Salary, misogynistic management combined with creeps. They will hire a law graduate and make her do data entry or any work that can be outsourced. Felt like burning my degree after joining here.

There is work life balance but you will not get enough salary to survive in city like Pune.

Appraisal and bonus are very bad it's that bad that you cannot enough share with anyone. Trust me guys people are suffering here.
