People are wearing 2 masks and double-faced. 7. you have to come at 9:00 A.M. or max by 10:00 A.M. and if by chance you are leaving at 6:30 P.M. then everyone will look at you as if you are taking a half-day. the minimum you have to stay for is at least 7:30 and the maximum is up to you and your manager. some a## lickers stay up until 9:30 P.M. or maybe late at night.

Company is very good. HR is very polite. Company's managers are too supportive. Company always give opportunity to growth and learn something new. Company always think about employees benefit. I spend 1 year 6 Months working as Mis Executive with felling no stress about related work. Seniors always ask to us if you have Budden that you cant handle pls feel free to discuss about .. I am so happy to work here. I would like to work with such a nice company again.

A list is long ahead, to describe the loop hole or drawback about company. 1.No work ethics and culture. Lots of un necessary team wise politics and mental harrasment is there. 2.No increment, as appraisal will be highlighted or moved in yearly performance bonus.(in short haat me katora) 3. No new learning or paid tools will be provided. Work with the free one. 4.Everyone Manager sounds like working on local baniya shop---"dhandha lao." 5.Only planning....planning not execution. 6.In short they want to be ambani in one night that could only be in only fantasy. 7. No Experience senior available in relevant field to guide the juniors...sab ram bharosey. 8. Many more things want to know get inside & know your self🙏🏻
