Biannual hike is there and they offer good salary packages at the time of joining and company transportation (not free of cost but at justified cost)

Dislikes

Here as you spend sometime you will start worryingbabout your future because of the following reasons. 1) very less learning opportunities 2) no training no mentoring 3) autonomous work 4) non friendly management 5) worst HR support 6) the most terrible thing, they wont give it a second thought to terminate any employee. No role of HR except for communicating your termination.

The only thing which I liked about working with MSS is the compensation rest everything was pathetic.

Dislikes

I hated working withing the "Corporate Compliance - Surveillance" due to the lady named "Rosa Cermeno". She is a micro-manager, doesn't bother about the well-being of her team members. She believes in hire and fire culture. She treats everyone as her slave. She is a dictator. She will not let you take your TPO (leaves). She will not let you use your work from anywhere days. If you raise your voice against her wrong doings or you report her, then be prepared for the retaliation. She will ensure to make your life hell. She will over burden you with work and compel you to work round the corner without any support. She will make you work even on weekends for 15-16 hours.

Supportive colleagues, brilliant working culture, chilled environment, enough leaves, good benefits

Dislikes

Work not intellectually stimulating ( though depends on team I guess), salary a notch below market standards

...ou like the work and have a good team leader, you will be happy and comfortable. Compensation is good and they do acknowledge your hard work. Hours are kind of flexible. They take things slow and steady and give you a lot of time to learn and improve.

Dislikes

No transport.

Likes

Zero Indian culture. Everyone is polite and respect your personal space. No botheration during leaves. Most people are honest, reasonable and responsible. Every person is willing to teach you. Office politics is minimal. Brand name will leave people shaking in their boots (if they know about big 3 rating agencies).

Dislikes

Increments are meager and promotions are slow.
