Feels like School very strict timing if you don't report on time your leaves and salary are deducted even at senior level, the culture is bad very old school the leadership team doesn't understand new system and process and don't want to change as well still stuck in old world looks very fancy from outside but culture is like lala company

Only the trading part that is what I liked where trainers paint the rosy picture of your future in the company.

Dislikes

...your branch They will call you even at midnight shamelessly asking for business. They do not know how to speak professionally (badtameez hai sabke sab starting from top) Mentally harass you Require you to work on holiday without pay Forces early exit without confirmation if it benifits them but they won't do it if you ask them to. Worst incentive structure Zero growth

Nothing as such, just office politics is going great, bullying culture is at peak here.

Dislikes

...ght from service to customers and support to employees everything is messed up. Extreme hire and fire policy is followed here with low salary and compensation to employees. Even customers are complaining for their service. They are basically loan sharks who only care about money and don't care about customers relationships and employee welfare and growth.

You can explore more skills ,the environment is good ,salary is good according to your work salary will be hike as your incremental

Not like shifting time ,more pressure ,when your work is not completed you have to sit

Mostly sales if you are good at sales i think that would be sufficient and if not achieved the target the working shifts may extend
