Quality has good and employees are good manpower waste no salary increment compare to other companies near the ncr.

No salary increment 15k all of us 1 yr experience has also same salary . But employees got more amount of thries .No permenent.

I am still working on a third party payroll, so it would not be appropriate for me to answer this question. The facilities that are available to the payroll holders should be given to the candidate working on the offrole who has completed 1 year of diagnosis.

...rity since offrole candidate :) . Working from Dec 2019, there is no growth yet. Salary hike, appraisal & no bonus. Travelling is Great. The company is very nice. I cant even think of going through such a reputed company, but it is a humble request that the company should consider a common candidate like me.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow and opportunities are not fair.

... new u have no place to stand if ur need is finished u will ask to put paper.... Even managers and colleagues are playing game they hire thier reference people for the reference bonuses as reference bonus are hi there and then they give excuses to employees for performance etc and ask to put paper

False aspire promise, after promotion you will get same salary as last designation. Too bad politics, and communism on base of your religion if you are non muslim no point to be in NCR GHD, and worst transport facilities
