...oducts are legacy products and you don't get to learn much. Perks are the worst. No annual bonus, no performance bonus, no stocks. Health insurance scheme is by far the worst in NCR. Average hikes. Promotion will take time even if you are a good performer.(and also depends on the manager)

1. Average salary 2. Old tech, less scope of development. 3. Worst health insurance policy. 4. No perks and bonus. 5. Promotion takes too much time even if well performed.

Likes

NCR always binds employs with the salary but it lags in skill growth of individuals. As it's a product based company u should accept the fact that there will be nothing new to develop. U'll fix product customer's bugs and add new features accordingly. If you look for a better package then go for it.

New technologies are rare, mainly no scope for web development.

The only thing i liked in NCR is they provide GYM facility for the employees

NCR is worst company to work for. Peoples manager's are the worst part of this useless company, They enjoy the salary just by boasting about non-sense shared values which no one will follow. These people call themselves incredible doing some time waste in innovation labs

Compensation was good for experienced professional. Flexible timings.

Dislikes

Wanted to give zero marks for some of the fields but not able to make it.Poor Process to work. Only few experienced people sustain for long time as they have good network within the organization and spent time on the product hence they try to through new person out as soon as possible as they feel insecure about their job.
