Net2source pay good to their employees. Since Covid started they have provided WFH facility to thier employees.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 12-15 hours of shift straight in a day. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my consultants, but they mostly go unnoticed during my yearly-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for new hires as they came from different work culture, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes which results in delay of my ongoing responsibilities. One of the most important drawbacks I have notices if you bought some issues in relation to work than you are the only one who has to close that escalation no matter what is it your field of work or not. Management doesn't notice the kind of work pressure individuals has bz backend team doesn't focus only on one task they have n number to task to perform which go unnoticed every time.

Net2Source Inc. was my first company to work at and honestly it drained the life out of me. no Peace no harmony at all. the colleagues were great but the managers were horrible they do not understand problems of the co-workers thy just want work it doesn't matter if you're unwell they just want work. The training was marvelous the trainer really helped us not just for the company but for the outside world with all the soft skills and work knowledge.

...he employees and present it to the management but instead they stood against us. No Holidays, and if their is a valid reason still they provide with leave without Pay, you have to be admitted in the hospital just so as to utilize your sick leave. to be honest I am happy to have left that company.

I have been constantly taken aback by how low they can get. The moment you feel they will have little humaity they will not stoop so Low, they do. And it will always keep you on your toes. Ruin your mental and emotional wellbeing.

Everything, the owner, gadura. You will never see him, he doesn’t care what is happening at ground level, he has zero visibility and he doesn’t care to know. He will randomly send emails that will ruin your mental state. They make all fake promises and lie about perks but the only perk you should consider is declining their offer. They just ruin lives, ruin careers. I have seen people who have needed medical attention and prescriptions because of the inhuman stunts they pull. Their offer letter states they can change any policy anytime, they can revoke any promises they made in writing, they can charge you from your commissions to cover their BGV cost. Everything is just a pretence, they are struggling because of how incapable Ashish Garg is in managing his company. He is nothing less than a dictator, hitler. Comes on calls abuses left right center to everyone. I would not even wish for my adversary to work in a company or environment like this!
