Worst company do not spoil career by going there I have worked in this company for one year employees are being tortured here and resigned their dream job in over night I have worked in testing department 1.unprofessional and cheap management here manager and team leader speak bad words 2.complaints will not be taken seriously bs they are all support only highers officers t 3. U need to work for 14 to 18 hrs someday or every day but still u will only get 2000 as increment 4.ur work will not be recognized if ur willing to be a dog to the manager and team leader u can get special treatment 5.they are hiring freshers with 5 yrs bond so they won't be able to resign as others but even non bond freshers wanted to resign with 2 months I am writing this review bcs I don't want anyone again suffer from this company pls be patient and get into better company I hope this is helpfull

Hi this my very bad experience my carrier nexwave org. because some covid swichwation not help campany laye off me ,and covid swichwation I m job less I m recently join nexwave completed only 3 month so future I m not join nexwave and suggest my friend not join nexwave.

Met some very motivated and supportive colleagues. Being still in the form of a small startup, a good amount of informality and ease of getting things done exists. Company has very high customer orientation.

Dislikes

Company culture is still immature despite the time they had to grow. Would be a very difficult place to work for a person not native to the area. Policies are non existant and management sometimes runs the show like a fiefdom. Essential to stay in their good books.
