In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. There was a time when NIIT was giving value to its employees however now there is no respect of any employee or their views .....job is based on yes sir....there is no support for skill development....no work culture....But yes there was a time when NIIT gave value to employee

While compensation is decent, you would be required to work 15-16 hours a day on a regular basis. There is zero employee focus and even at a manager level you have to work like an associate.

If you get a work from home, (chances are very less) then you may have a bit of work life balance because NIIT solely works on activities assigned to an individual level and you have to justify your numbers.

Secured job but without much hike and promotion.It's not the best place to work now.Senior management is slowing down,not able to think to their best abilities.

senior old servant leadership for them salary is a drug and designation too.Learners have not been able to get placed. Students from 2023 batches are not placed,forget about gniit.This new cosmetic program is a big flop.No one should join the course
