No Salary Discussion in My Appraisal — What’s Your Experience?
In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. I feel an appraisal meeting should include open discussion about both performance and future expectations. What are your thoughts? Does this happen in your company too?

Dislikes

...ice. Alternate Saturdays are working day. You will get appraisal after one year. Compensation is very less compare to outside. 3 years bond is worst thing in this organisation. Mobile is not allowed inside like its DRDO or ISRO level company but it is not.

Nothing is there to like things.

Dislikes

Management is not good. It's like a school management. No work related pressure only rules maintain for a diceplene. Every Employee doing self work. There employees are in bond that's why they stay there otherwise no reason for employees to stay upto bond period. Sometime I got the question, How they are profit from employee? Without any major work or without pressure. So much things are there. Everything I can't explain but before joined this company please think about things.
