Management is not good. It's like a school management. No work related pressure only rules maintain for a diceplene. Every Employee doing self work. There employees are in bond that's why they stay there otherwise no reason for employees to stay upto bond period. Sometime I got the question, How they are profit from employee? Good support from team leaders with good work environment and a great platform to work and learn lots of things. Salary is low below expectations with little bit politics. Very less interactions with the team members.
