Company gave irrelevant leads .want you to generate sales from that .if a person studied in govt school and college do u think he can take the course whose price 250000.the head of the company in nxtwave are just mad they want sales from the pre-sales team but that is not our work.if u want us to do sales gave the commission on per sales then the employee could be motivated to sale too. want us to do work for 10-12hour a day.

No job security, no promotions, too much work load, they will make false promises and will break, you will get the support to complete the task, that's it. They don't have any moral ethics and values, they will play with human emotions, you will get know everything after joining and working in this company, they simply says employee happiness is our happiness , but don't think on anything, better find somewhere even this company offers you

...ainly . Management sue their own employees and managers when they need numbers . Not giving holidays and comp offing the day with the extra salary is not employee needs . employee main motive is salary but allowing them to take rest would definitely bring more value to the company . That's why i left the company last year . However i used to earn the incentive same as my salary and promoted 2 times but still left the company because of the worst work life balance . The thing is every family member available on weekends but we have to work on weekends and spend the weekday alone if they give comp off otherwise all day 10 hrs of work . I guess there is no much difference between machine and human in that company . I don't think higher authority will see these employees reviews , But if they seen please make the changes . The respect for the NXTwave is still high , but not for management .
