In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. As store sale is very uncertain specially at nykaa stores so there are chances that the superiors may start a con call any time even its weekend or evening business time.store managers day off is fixed on Tuesday but specially on Tuesday there are bunch of work load there.
