Some new employees were well educated n of soft nature. Else I don’t remember the positive points working offshore except salary on time. Salary was on fixed date which is the biggest positive point working in OFFSHORE

Dislikes

It’s a company formed by references n inter relationships. Lack of competent persons. Whosoever is close to the boss would survive longer n at a higher pay than a deserving employee. Lack of employee assessment skills in senior management. No management at all.

One salary paid month between 15 to 31, date is not fixed.

Company has not clear my bonus, notice period after covid termination, while I have hand over my all liability to project manager. I have signed copy is aveliable

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend boss calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

I joined as a trainee and I must say for a beginner this company is 1/1000 . You will get all the basic knowledge about site from the root how everything works and mostly you will get the idea about the construction culture. If you are a good performer you job is secure 100%. But as everyone need a boost on his career after some time so that he or she could feel that word promotion is what missing. For a smooth runner company is ok.

Dislikes

Employees work is not appriciated in terms of salary hike. That doesn't mean you won't get appraisal. You will get appraisal like amount of salt in a curry.

Bad experience as it doesn't give you salary even after 50 days,i.e,you get your salary almost after 1.5 months.too much politics at site,even you have to work at sundays.salary gets cut if absent for 1 day,bad Lodging provided,bad HR at sites who knows nothing

Makes you work at every department.so that you doesn't grow up your skills
