In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. This site salary paypment system is good & client working atmosphere is very good and family life is very good as site is nearest to city.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

There is no job security at one location and posting may be changed so that work & family life balancing is not possible. In O&M company job security depend upon the customers incharge satisfraction not on work performence. There is no proper policy for F&F settlement.OEG HR policy not so good.
