GF salary Vs. My salary
Me and my gf have been dating for 5 years. Back in 2020, I started my career with a package of ₹5 LPA. Over the years, I’ve reached ₹22 LPA in 2025. She started her journey with ₹3 LPA(2020) and is now earning ₹8 LPA(2025). We’ve been in a live-in relationship for around 2 years, and the idea was to share expenses equally. But, equal sharing never really happened. If we go to a café she likes, especially with friends, I will pay the entire bill. We only split the house rent and grocery bills. I told her lots of time to cut down these costly cafe expenses or earn more money, increase your package, study and work hard, but.....she is now in her comfort zone. Being from a tech background, I have seen people upgrade their skills and package for a good life in metro cities. I am ready to support her in her studies, but she is like I am earning enough for myself.... No, you are not. I love her, but I don't know how to overcome this issue between us. Please suggest!

...Infosys offer at least a minimum fixed compensation of around ₹30,000 per month. Here, compensation is often disguised under the term "variable pay," and when there are no active projects, employees are left without support or allocation — unless they have internal references or recommendations. There’s also an unusual policy regarding Provident Fund deductions, where both employee and employer contributions are seemingly deducted from the employee’s salary. For example, if the PF contribution is ₹1,500, the total ₹3,000 is deducted from the employee. A concerning trend has also started where cost-cutting is pursued by reducing the engineering workforce and replacing them with limited teams using AI tools and subscriptions, placing the rest of the employees on the bench with no further support. Performance or skills often take a backseat, and internal favoritism and politics play a major role in project assignments and recognition. The work environment can be deeply discouraging, even for sincere and hardworking professionals. Many join with high hopes but end up regretting their decision due to the lack of fairness, transparency, and growth opportunities. Hikes and rewards are rarely given based on merit and are instead influenced by internal recommendations. It's disheartening to see capable engineers being undervalued while others benefit due to connections.

Employees know very well that we can not grow with OSI digital. They want employees on cheapest price. Not good projects more than half of employees on bench. Bench employees have 3 years of bond. Bad work culture No skill development of employees Micro management

Dislikes

Micro Management and if you go for the buyout for a notice period you need to pay the gross salary how many days to buyout..and also Managers do not inform team members of any awards and recognition, if you support weekends for on-call no com off and no payment for that days..

... years bond. For its not good for fresher because they banching for 2-3 years . Also there is variable pay scam .don't attract for variable play. It's based on ur working hrs in billing project. They don't have projects so billing hrs is 0% per year then u get 0 variable pay .
