...y autonomy in academics and research. Good facilities for teaching and research. Salary packages as per UGC scales Facilities to travel abroad to attend conferences or avail study leave. Facilities for startup’s and entrepreneurial activities. Campus residential facility.

Government system is bit slow

... those are working on contract bases. They were nice to there regular employees. Good thing is they don't stop salary of any employees whether its 2 months late.

In the time of pandemic University has thrown their employees out of the organization which was really sad it was not expected from this huge organization.

It's overall good experience and I 'm feeling privileged that working in DIC, PU

There is an problem at that time clients requirements is not clear after sometime we have to change all the idea of implementation.

I am scholar in department of Chemistry. I always like working in lab and performing my experiments.

Dislikes

Worst administration. Lake of work related facilities. Internal politics in departments is at extreme level so direct or indirect way student and scholars has to suffer a lot.
