Honestly, none worth mentioning. Maybe getting salary on time if you’re lucky to survive long enough.

No work-life balance: Employees are expected to stay back even after working hours end, often without any consideration or compensation. Leaving on time is frowned upon. Strict timings only for juniors: There’s a double standard — junior employees are micromanaged for punctuality, while seniors do not follow the same rules and face no consequences. Favouritism & internal politics: Performance or dedication doesn’t matter if you’re not part of the “inner circle.” Opportunities and fair treatment are only for those who are favoured. Authoritarian leadership: Some seniors behave like dictators instead of mentors or managers. There is no room for discussion or feedback. Unrealistic targets: The goals set are often impossible to meet, creating constant pressure and stress. No job security: Layoffs, random exits, and scapegoating are common. You can be shown the door at any time without proper explanation. Lack of accountability: When something goes wrong, the blame is pushed down to juniors while the real issues caused by mismanagement are ignored.

Lots of learning as this place offers you to work on various different skills from IT or non IT.Really helps you to widen your horizons for multiple recruitment positions. A good place to learn and grow in a positive environment with a boss and team of full of expertise and always push you towards the best of your potential.

Dislike will be only one as they lack employee engagement activities..

- Work Culture - Helpful Teammates - Team Coordinator is very understanding - Director is very polite and humble. He personally helps you understand things whenever required and make you do things in effective efficient way.
