At the beginning of my tenure, I spent most of my time in a good, healthy environment where everyone got along with everyone else. Then after a certain limit, I experienced horrible politics and job insecurity , no growth . There is alot of politics and the management doesn't Address our issues even after raising complains to the higher authorities. This literally caused me to become depressed and ill and I decided to leave . Pharmarack Technologies could be a great place to work if management left internal politics behind

Very very bad politics, no job security for those employees who are on third party pay roll

Except Master Data Management team and Data analytics Team, other departments have little bit good situation but still salary was less and there was no work life balance instead I will say there was no life. Manager and head of the department has no humanity.

Salary used to come on time. Seniors supported. That's why I enjoyed working and used to work in the market till late and bring results.

Fake management .total waste of time. They don't want to honest employees. . While doing work..he will doing demotivated to you.. Here is giving training of bde on field of 7 days they complete training of bde in 1 day.. Here is no freedom for employees. Total time west.
