GF salary Vs. My salary
Me and my gf have been dating for 5 years. Back in 2020, I started my career with a package of ₹5 LPA. Over the years, I’ve reached ₹22 LPA in 2025. She started her journey with ₹3 LPA(2020) and is now earning ₹8 LPA(2025). We’ve been in a live-in relationship for around 2 years, and the idea was to share expenses equally. But, equal sharing never really happened. If we go to a café she likes, especially with friends, I will pay the entire bill. We only split the house rent and grocery bills. I told her lots of time to cut down these costly cafe expenses or earn more money, increase your package, study and work hard, but.....she is now in her comfort zone. Being from a tech background, I have seen people upgrade their skills and package for a good life in metro cities. I am ready to support her in her studies, but she is like I am earning enough for myself.... No, you are not. I love her, but I don't know how to overcome this issue between us. Please suggest!

The salary they credit after a month.

Dislikes

- Feels like a targeted job. - It is not a product based company it is an operational driven company so beware. - Each EM's has own targets to achieve and makes the developer life hell. - PM(product manager) and EM(Engineering Manager) intervenes in the ETA and try to make it smaller and they they have 0 knowledge of the code bases. - One of the worst engineering team I have worked with. - EM's want to survive in the company as there are continues lay offs and making the developer life hell. - Later stage having a feeling of code monkey.

Nothing good here, they have never been to what they promised at the time of hiring.

Dislikes

They laid off suddenly with out any prior information and they are not agreeing to pay the variables which they promised to pay after the completion of 1 year. No increment, pathetic experience not at all recommended.

Nothing good as such. HR team works on every Saturdays and even sometimes on Sundays. But senior people who are there since sometime got a good hold so they don't have to work at all, take frequent leaves.

...as early as 9am and ends around 10pm) 2. Have to work even when you are sick. 3. No comp off / extra pay for working all the weekends and overtime. 4. Management should change specially one lady there 'K' Singh in Bangalore. Her behavior is not good towards anyone. Lot of people have resigned within few months because of work pressure and no work life balance.

Nothing good to say.

Worst HR team Internal politics and Favouritism Compensation This is the worst company to work for, they trouble you more when you put down your papers. There is nothing to learn in this company and whoever is staying in are all incapable people. People are more into gossiping and doing politics against you. Managers lack basic etiquettes and force you to meet unnecessary targets. They don’t like logics because there are few clowns running the show. Best part is once you leave they gossip more and more about you because you have taken up good opportunities.
