- No salary match as per market rate. - No promotion for the right employees. - No flexible working time - No proper hybrid model - After joining feel stuck there - Apart from engineering department all are not doing there job properly + not approachable - favoritism is alot, In three years some employee got no promotion but the other employee like HR getting three promotions within three years.

Nothing is better to suggest. But the good thing is that we can learn about PCB manufacturing process using such Automatic machines.

1. Canteen food Quality. 2. Salary Issues. 3. Security Guard Supervisor Language 4. Much more things.

...ut before 8.30 hrs from office everyday. Not a quality work.documentation work.salary cut during covid. Less than 10% hike. Donot recommend for experience candidates. Plant environment. No perks and benefits otger than salary. Cuts money from salayr for tshirts and uniform. Everyone is leaving here. You neeed to stay in pune even if lockdown.

Company policy is good, salary no bar for deserving candidates. Paid cab facility & cafeteria is here. They celebrate birthday of the employees every month. They provide Good diwali gifts. They arrange outside party's with employees.

Dislikes

Permanent workers are here, who work with their wish. They don't give respect to new comers & most of the staff. Here is no job security, they can kickoff any time they want to. Usually HR department call in the evening 5:00 pm & handover the thank-you letter. This is the worst thing here.

... You need to show off instead of actual work then only you will get increment. Diversity in CTC having same experience or education or expertise, even your juniors will have more package as compared to you. Your increment will be decided by HR not your manager who know your job performance.
