Don't Let Ai Fears Get You Down!🚀
It feels like everywhere you look, there's a new headline about Al taking over jobs and changing everything as we know it. It's easy to feel a bit overwhelmed, when you hear all that talk. Throughout history, new technologies have always shifted the job market, and while some roles change or get obsolete, many new and exciting opportunities emerge. Since new GM joined the culture at the IDC has gone down sharply. He is only believe in his own decisions and doesn't listen any employees problem. Also not able to solve as well .he is lack of basic leadership .There is no personal connection with employees. Job insecurity has increased as lot .Even senior employees has started leaving .There is also trust issue CSR funds which were meant for social work were given to one of his relatives which is very wrong and raise big ethical concerns .They asking for gifts from the vendor to continue the service .

The organisation has majorly two set of offices, one is in the USA and the other is in India, Chandigarh. For Chandigarh office: 1. The company provide a paced learning environment to its employees. 2. This is a growing company, and in that sense the HR team is focuses on changing the policy structure based on their learn from you program. Based on the review they have implemented a good "Work From Home" Policy for limited days but that is on you whenever you want to take and even the internal job posting policy as well. This shows that the company shows trust in its employees. 3. Regular employee engagement activities. 4. Quarterly team party/outing and yearly development center level party. Feedback for manager, it is mentioned in the mail that it will be treated anonymously. Not sure if that is an ultimate truth or not but if it is, it's good. 5. Never have I ever experienced or got to know that the company has cut the variable pay for XYZ reasons. 6. Company has learning tools to not stop learning. They pay for certificate exams too that you crack, to some extant. 7. If you are doing good, you will be recognised. At least my manager does that. 8. Meals are included and snacks are also included, this is common in product based companies, but it should be mentioned in Pro. 9. There is a good list of employees that are working here since long (7 to 14 years), this gives you a job satisfaction. 10. The level of project this company handles is good because of which you feel work satisfaction.

...lobe and that is big problem for work life balance, introduce shifts instead. 2. Salary is ok here not on the good side, just because this organisation has its office in Chandigarh, the salary seems to be good otherwise in Gurugram, Noida, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai and in Bengaluru people are earning, for the same experience and same level, 1.2 to 1.4 times more of what you are getting here. 3. Now the senior management sits in the states, because of which there is no impactful/productive environment that it was earlier. 4. There is no cross development center visits, it is only from the states to Chandigarh office. If there will be frequent cross DC visits then it will improve networking with the team sitting on the other side of the globe and amployees also feels that they are being recognised. Also, only senior management level people travel from the states. The travel should be frequent and people should fly from India too. 5. HR team needs to understand the meaning of compassion. Which is basic really basic for HR. 6. Night shift allowance is bad for a product based company. 7. No normalised salary as of yet, though this message was forwarded in last all hands meeting that normalised salary will be given for new employees, what about old employees. 8. Budget for team outing is not much. 9. There is a list of few employees who the company put in limelight, For me those employees has contributed good but not of that level that the company praise them to whatever they do and put them in limelight. There is some favouritism to a few number of employees.

Job Security is big concern, Silent layoff happenings. Many employees feel unsafe. Manager only focus on save their own job. HR ask people to right positive review on glassdoor .So I suggest better to talk to ex-employees before joining. Company culture is very negative and No work life balance.

Nothing. Terrible company to work with.

Dislikes

There is no work life balance. You have to clock at least 12 hours per day. But after that you manager still expects you to log more time and be available whenever he calls in midnight or on weekends. Overall pathetic work culture. Management is always in race to complete everything fast. Being in hurry they fix less problems and create more issues. I would suggest, if you are married, don't join this company as you will not be able to spend time with your family.
