....hours. No moral and technical support when needed as everyone is over occupied. No increment and there's a huge salary gap between new comers and veterans working at a same designation/level usually novice gets more than 30 to 40% than employees who is working for 5 to 10 years in the organization.

Its been 11 months here. No complaints at all. All the team members as well as seniors compensate their time and effort to make us feel more comfortable and many things to learn here and lot more to learn. Finally, its a great experience to work here.

Dislikes

Sometimes it'll be difficult to reach our daily targets, but definitely it is not a dislike, it'll help us to learn more.

Managers are not able to understand what the employee needs, they dont take what the employee says.

It is a BPO Call Center Culture where recruiters give fake promises regarding your shifts and weekoff and managers change them to rotational just in the names of Business Requirements. Lack of Management. Lack of Professionalism. Not Recommended to work in this company.
