...her multinational companies operating in India, it pays well and always on time. Mostly you will get your salary on the 1st of every month. In case it's a weekend or a public holiday, salary will be credited a day or two day later, but you will never face a salary-related problem. Once hired, you may be overwhelmed by the fact that you are on third-party payroll, but it has nothing to do with you ability or performance. It's just the company trying to manage its payroll well. You will never find a dull day at work or too much pressure while working at Publicis Sapient Bangalore. Even though the company has global clients, there's never an unrealistic deadline or too much work. Clients and project stakeholders understand that everyone has limited capacity and other things to attend in their personal life. It's easy to maintain a good work life balance as we're only expected to deliver 8-hours' worth to work. Coming to Publicis Sapient is the best decision, I have taken career-wise!

The office has good interiors and recreational space and an energetic vibe to it. The collaborative culture and the motivation to make an impact for the clients will drive you to do more. You will never be short of challenges and motivation to work harder and improve the results of clients. My overall sapient gurgaon feedback is if you are willing to learn, this is the best place.

1. Lots of tech webinar or session happen, good learning opportunities. 2. You will get access good amount of learning portal accesses. 3. If you want you can get opportunity to contribute organisation internal projects or products, definately you have to approach through right channel.

Dislikes

1. No hike since last 3 years. 2. Getting Promotion also nightmare, you have to finish 400+ hours of trainings, client delivery is not self sufficient. And there is no guarantee that after completing this training you will get opportunity to work with those niche skill sets. 3. Portrayed everything is flexible but nothing is actually. And it varies person to person. If you are lucky then you will get it. 4. You may have to work in different technology, no matter for which technology you hired here. 5. If are in bench then it is really difficult to tolerate staffing behaviour. 6. Company can change its policy anytime, if you doesn't fit with that you can leave. 7. If you unable to get a project and no matter who is responsible for I mean if you are not fit or not enough project, you have to pack your bags.
