...r females, you will surely get UTI. The washrooms are worst than public toilets. Saturdays are working with no Overtime pay. They dont have professionalism. Very rude and unprofessional behaviour. If you are an extrovert girl, then you’re a characterless girl in their eyes. TL in medical coding is very unprofessional and rude. He doesn’t look into the eyes while talking. And the whole behaviour is sooooo cheap. You have to code in excel. You’re gonna a get a bad hand pain bcoz of copy and pasting things in excel. No software coding. No cafeteria. And the dining area stinks. No medical insurance. But thats a trap. Definitely you are gonna get some health issues. Either pulomonology related or Urology related.

...u is that I can replace you at any time with a new one cause many are coming in. They give good salary package so all employees are dashing towards here but that is their only good point . Simply don't join here if u are planning to grow your carrer, whole management is psych.

...medical billing office I ever seen , They are selfish leads are not supportive . They get a work from in holidays but won't provide any salary for that work . Such a disgusting manager and leads . If any girls jions they always flirt with those girls very cheeply and also goes like " Maala Maala vedivelu " 😂 . My best advice is don't join this company , Job searching peoples you have a better company in medical billing domanis , Kindly search and join those companies .

Very high pressured environment, frequently ask employees to extend the shift and work nearly for 12 hours, Never ever bother about employees personal issue, Whatever the issue we may have we have to inform them even after informing they will mark LOP

Hr is a cheater ,for salary I reached out to him once he picked the call and said that I will have my salary in this month's payroll,after that date arrived and the salary is not credited ,hr is not even picking my call ,I haven't recieved my last month salary yet,hr is not even picking up my call.
