good work environment and culture. there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

there is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue. salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 1 year before which you connot resign. on the job training is not given to new joiners.

worst management , Director prateek ( topa) and Director Pranav (Lawandiyabaaz) uses abusive language to his staff, they hold your salary of atleast 3 months. female counsellor can survive by giving them. If she says no thn ended up like Vandana .no job security.

Anyone who looks forward to ruin his ongoing career may end up in entering in this place. Appraisals are done by ppl who themselves are on asso professor grade. Biggest politician in this organisation is Pranav Singh Director, Hariom Saran Dean (unfit for dean), Prateek Singh director. No job security at all. No structural work balance. You will forced to write papers and patents despite of teaching your students. Every one from student to employees are well cheated here. Ppl of Kanpur not even know where they are located. How surprising.

Salary under paid. People here ask to join you on a lower current CTC. How pathetic is this. Moreover post joining you will be treated as slave. No growth, no social security, no job security, no ethics. Under age two Directors who themselves are knowing nothing in academics. Vc Dr. Amaranth himself treated as slave no cabin for him. Directors have captured. Registrar is not permitted to speak. No protocol olin any department. One day after bearing all this you will be fired.

My department employees except a couple of employees rest were so good.

Salary always get delayed with no prior information. No promotions. They only have fake datas at every level, regarding admissions, placements etc. Extra burden of work. Sometimes you have to work on Sundays with no compensation and if you ask you will be fired. No support from upper management. Lots of politics at every level. If you can do chamchagiri then you can survive for the whole of your life. Tons of favouritism. They dont pay salary of notice period duration.

...n't listen to HR department . They are keen to change HR person on every month .Salary never ever credit on time after 3 months . I will not recommend to any one to Join Rama University , Specially to HR person .

Aprajita , who is principal director . plays a role of MD's girl friend . She asked employee to submit fake reviews on Ambition Box . If some one find any positive review on Ambition box , Please consider it is fake comments .
