SCM team management is very poor in terms of providing PO to vendor releasing vendor payments. Operations team is struggling to arrange uniform to their site staff due no dedicated uniform store with regional team. Site level staff salary always keeping on hold because client payment pending. Lot of internal politics done Sr. Management d against their downlevel management team.

...th team members. They always hire in contract but never converts into permanent. They provide salary less and give pressure more always compare each other. Not providing incentive they set target much so that nobody can achieve those targets and they will be in benefit.

IKYA provided my salary and relieving letter online. That's the best thing. Mr Shishir , the HR , was very humble always. But right now I don't have any job.

HT Media was reducing its staff and I got trapped but IKYA is not providing any job. My humble request is to provide me a job in Lucknow if possible.

...ure you by offering eye catching Annual bonus scam and will never live up to it. They won't loose track of you even if you refuse their offer and keep negotiating on salary package like local vegetable vendor. 2. They won't mention any particular time frame of the contract, means that you may be throwned out of company even at the very next month of hiring. 3. Salary will happen on 7th of month which is hectic. 4. They have pathetic portal on which you can neither submit your tax proofs not do anything they offer. Fun part is, they even sell personal loan to their employees. 5. Never join this company as if any dispute arise you won't be able to sue them at your state and have to visit Telangana as they fall under Telangana jurisdiction. 6. Just do prepare well and never fall prey to such scammers as they'll feast upon your blood n sweat, you can easily get job somewhere else and importantly on company payroll too.
