Frankly to speak I even don't like Company Culture, because in this Company to much politics Happen, If employee has good amount salary and same work is doing by experience and freshers then they directly say experience employee to leave the job, they forced to apply resignation and without serving notice period. Worst Policies I have seen ever in my career.

...7 months pregnant women they don't allow WFH they forced to come on Hybrid Mode. If some 1 yr or 2 yr experienced employee in this company has good amount of salary and If freshers doing same work after done training then they forced experience employee to resign and they put those employee on PIP without any reason and then without notice period, without any salary they forced fully say to left company. This is worst Policies of Company. And also Company is very ammount saving like when any event celebration they spend very less amount, one tea is provided by company even product based. No snaks nothing nothing provide. And meetings is also too longs like 4-5 hr. I think some time employees what should do meetings or their own work. Also working hours is not flexible like the washroom of company is outside and that time is not included in office hours, we have to be in office 8 hrs compulsory which is also one of the worst Policies.

In REI Systems, work-life balance is too good, and the nature of work is also good. Teammates are helping in nature.

Dislikes

Mandatory work-from-office for 2 days; otherwise, loss of pay. But for some people it is flexible, but for a regular person who is genuine and wants to work from home for 1 week only, REI is not allowing it and applying the rules of WFO or LOP.

...office. If you can't make it to work for a genuine reason, they cut your salary. They also cut incentives — the variable component is higher than the actual hike, and the variable pay we receive is like peanuts. Some employees don’t even have basic etiquette, especially when speaking to women. Their language and behavior are completely unprofessional. This is truly a terrible organization. The way reviews are suddenly being posted one after another in just the past hour clearly shows how desperately they are trying to cover up their toxic culture.

...re transparent in providing reviews. They should avoid to change agreed ratings. Compensation should be revised as per employee experience.

It has a culture which helps you to grow "if you want to grow". Management acknowledge your efforts only "if you are doinng well". Macro managed only for the sake of work not as the result of favourtism . Office politics is very "soft" here.

Dislikes

Work life balance is hard to maintain there as it is a growing firm there is workload to handle it you have to wait for new people to join your team so that you can share the work load with them. There is no snacks or coffie or tea available for whole day , You have to be in time so that you can have tea. There is only one carrom in the office which is usually crowded Or Even if the carrom is available but the carrom powder may not be there. Office parties are arranged only twice a year.
