So there is this line of reliance which comes under reliance retail, it caters to the general trade with consumer goods. Reliance fmcg is the worst job you could work at as a sales executive especially in the east region. Horrible upper management, no involvement of upper management in field or market visits. Rsm rarely visits the assigned areas, no proper solution is applied to valid problems, rsm degrades the employees' morals by screaming and shouting at them. No value no appreciation of hardwork. Terrible work culture, meeting at saturday nights around 9pm or sunday mornings or evenings. Working sundays. The Rsm is the worst yet company values upper management people more than hardworking executives. Our original shift timings were 9am- 6:30pm but there used to be meetings till 11pm. Horrible!

Ur work load management against the salary is not sufficient and increment is not done on basis of ur work load it is done generally for whole which leads to suffer for us which leads our family single handedly. Ur job security at home leads to benifits in balance between family and work which helps to work positively hence leads to job security and growth

Company Culture are Totally Based on Your Setups with Area Manager. If you Handling Big Store, Profitable Store but Area Manager and Team not appropriate you. Full and Final Process are Not Following by HR Team they put on your R1 Approval. I have given Proper Handover but Full and Final Not comes as 3 Monts Salary on Hold and when you call to Area Manager for Full and Final Settlement they will not Receiving Calls and Reply Your Msg. I Suggest HR Team Should take Responsibility to Clear Full and Final for Out going Managers. If Staff had Completed Notice Period.

One area I feel could be improved is the compensation structure. While the learning and exposure at reliance retail are great, the salary doesn’t always match the workload and expectations, especially considering the long hours and fast -paced nature of the job. Competition pay would definitely boost motivation and employee satisfaction.
