SALARY DISCREPANCY. Poor Management. HR's are just for name sake in the organization. You will feel like you are working in a Godown. Often power cut. No work life balance. If you did not met your target, you must extend the shift. Else they will deduct from your Salary. And 1 casual leaves are applicable but it will affect your incentives. "So no incentives" Eg. Salary 15k Gross salary(Take home 12k promise but you ll get only 10k)+ incentive 3500 for attendance + Production + Quality, If you take 1 casual leave then you will not get your 3500 incentive. If you don't want to waste your Time and Health and mental Health. Kindly search for any other company and there is no safety for women.

I had a very disappointing experience working at Rnd .Despite putting in consistent effort and dedication, there was a serious lack of recognition and support from management. The work environment was toxic, with poor communication, unrealistic expectations, and zero appreciation for employee well-being.

Dislikes

...s in general were extremely difficult to get approved, even for genuine reasons. There was no scope for career growth, and favoritism was rampant when it came to promotions or salary hikes. I strongly advise job seekers to think twice before joining this company.

For a fresher it's fine to start the career here. The pay is very much less for experienced and the work culture is worst when compared to other companies. You won't fine any growth here unless until if you're there favorites and should be biased. The leaders here need to know the outside world cause they are not good in communication and the deserving people are not treated well.

... If you earns 11,000 in entry level in 22 yrs Then when you reached your 30s .. then only you'll able to get reasonable salary 35k .. Most of the companies offering more salary .. but you may decide .. If you keep on working here they will develop you and you'll be reach highest positions ..

They give 100% of job security. When that one person join in that company, that person will have be learn lot's of things and about process. Feel good for environmental and atmosphere.

Appraisal and salary wise that company not give good range, They can provide that both but not what we expect level.
