In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. Very worst culture and no skill development at vehicle assembly especially Managers treating FTE s in very bad mannersim. Unwantedly changing FTE s position inside the vehicle assembly . I worked at vehicle assembly within 1 year my field changed to multiple supervision position so I can't perform well and can't go through appraisal procedure so I resigned with 1 year. So don't spoil your career by choosing Royal Enfield vallam in Vehicle assembly production department. You will experience cheap politics by superiors .

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

1. You will learn a lot. You will able to take ownership of real products and do whatever you want. 2. Tremendous opportunities to learn cross functional systems. 3. You can take leaves as per your wishes and you are also allowed to take 2 weeks of leave at a time, which is really great.
