Very bad experience, lots of politics, company culture are very bed, no job security, zero promotion, zero implement , company only focus new acquisition sales, and new shop onboarding. At the time When you unable to provide the new sales and onboarding then company will be removed you. This is the company policy, total time waste.

This is an marwari cultured company, only marwaris can grow here, good thing is salary is on time, nothing else

Nothing to learn here. No grow up, mostly salary increment is not as per your performance

**This is inform you that specially about Baruipur Warehouse** 1. On the basis of current situation in Baruipur Warehouse the working Environment is very poor & unconditional. 2. The Corporate politics is more important than employment & dedication of a worker. 3. Actually the HOD’s Head of Baruipur warehouse is so poor. A completely in eligible person handle the warehouse. 4. Mainly they are trying to terminate some old employees by mental pressure and harassment just because of they are high salary scale. 5. This place is not suitable for life time work.

Shift timing is good and flexibility is there, Work life balance and leave policies are good salary on time - Good environment and work culture

Dislikes

Nepotism through referrels is there because they do not conduct open hiring- they ask enployees to send their relatives- Job security is not there- sudden work load if employees raise any question then they simply ask to leave or resignation- Lack of integrity in the system as some high designation employee found missing integrity just because of side income as it is product base company. I worked there for a year- Less salary- as it does not meet market standard in term of salary-

Associate director Ashutosh Shukla is the most disliked person in Flipkart Health Plus. He is changing SOP and torturing employees unnecessarily by using TLs and SMEs. No plan for making permanent employee, all contractual. He doesn't let get transferred to other department also, gives excuses of HR policies. More than 20 employees resigned because of him within last year among 40. Also Contractual employees can not apply for IJP, no benefits for them.
