...n not happening genuinely, it is giving there special illegal effair candidates. No salary increments, no promotion. If we ask HR said it is company policy but that company policy not see when giving promotions on there perosonal people promotions.

...eading them. My only point is, if someone is in need, they shouldn’t work there. They don’t increase the salary, nor do they listen to the workers. If you approach them for any work, they’re always busy on their phones. They’ll tell you, “Wait a bit,” but when you go later, they’ll say, “Were you asleep?” Oh, so only when you have time, others can talk to you? I have worked many jobs, but I have never seen such HR behavior anywhere else. They deduct PF but don’t even give the number. I’ve been begging for the number for so long, but they still haven’t given it to me.

The company has done a lot for us, so we also want to do good for the company, the company also gives us a chance to move forward.

Salary is less, our old one should start by doing incentive plan, our higher post should help a little greener, whatever we have, we should use it.
