...comes to help in covid...i have never seen a cheap company like shoppers stop...our salary were giving on our leaves...and store forced to join stote..person spent 10k to reach the location. Then it is told that u r terminated.. whatever the review was given...the head of the department thought this guys is not gud as per the feedback even he knows him or not...they are not aware eho js gud eho is bad....m not sad with the decision of terminating but the reason was rubbish... Company is not aware who is gud who is bad. ..will not stand up

The only likeable thing about the company is that the salary comes on time apart from that nothing is there to like.

Worst company to work. The seniors are so biased and political that they’ll make your life hell. One will need therapy after working here Only sycophantic employees get promoted rest other employees are used to play their blame game for mistakes done by the seniors. The HRs also support these toxic seniors. The seniors are so toxic that they’ll torture you without having any pity. One will just forget the meaning of word peace after working here

...n not happening genuinely, it is giving there special illegal effair candidates. No salary increments, no promotion. If we ask HR said it is company policy but that company policy not see when giving promotions on there perosonal people promotions.

There is huge work pressure with zero support from Unit head. Even if you are on your week off the very next day UH will make you feel that you have done some crime. There is absolutely no plan or helping hand or even minimum support from any of the snr. Colleague.

...eading them. My only point is, if someone is in need, they shouldn’t work there. They don’t increase the salary, nor do they listen to the workers. If you approach them for any work, they’re always busy on their phones. They’ll tell you, “Wait a bit,” but when you go later, they’ll say, “Were you asleep?” Oh, so only when you have time, others can talk to you? I have worked many jobs, but I have never seen such HR behavior anywhere else. They deduct PF but don’t even give the number. I’ve been begging for the number for so long, but they still haven’t given it to me.
