Slight inconvenience and all boundaries will be crossed (personal and professional) 7. Would be forced to spend the night at office if work is not done 8. Interns do more work than so called "Seniors"

Good and challenging projects. Opportunity to learn and work on variety of technologies.

Dislikes

No flexibility. If you reach the office late or exit early, your salary will be deducted. Many other similar rules were in place to deduct employees salary. Lack of senior developers - One 1 senior dev was there, who was mostly unavailable to resolve issues. Too much mirco management. No remote allowed.

There’s no micromanagement here. The environment is easygoing—you can talk, laugh, and work without pressure, as long as weekly targets are met. They also take care of employees with small perks like IPL outings and reward points for good performance. If you're skilled enough, you'll be trusted with major projects, even as a fresher.

So far, I haven't come across anything I'd really count as negative.

Working at Squareboat has been genuinely rewarding experience for me as a designer. The team really gets the value of good design, and you are given full ownership and trust in your work. The environment is super friendly and collaborative, and the leadership is always up for ideas and feedbacks.It's a great place to learn, grow and work on products that actually makes an impact.
